BCBA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Supervisor to join our team at Fraser. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders
• Provide direct service to clients in the center or teletherapy
• Observe and provide work direction to direct care staff in the ABA program
• Support the Behavior Professional Supervisor in providing training to clients' families and maintaining treatment plans
• May provide work direction or clinical supervision to those pursuing BCBA Certification or certification by the BACB
