Soliant Health is Seeking a Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist

We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Albany, OR. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of 50-60 students and provides the opportunity to supervise SLPs completing their clinical fellowship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor SLPs completing their clinical fellowship year, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional input regarding student progress and goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Oregon state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or in process of obtaining CCC (CFY candidates).
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
