Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial health of the pharmacy, including inventory management, sales, payroll, and expense control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Manage the performance and hiring of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Implement best practices in pharmacy operations and ensure staff are adequately trained in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to supporting a 24/7 operation, including availability for nights and weekends as needed.
