We are seeking a skilled Above Property Rooms Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for completing front desk checklist tasks on behalf of a portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build successful relationships with hotel teams to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Organize and coordinate pre-arrival planning, including running GPS reports and identifying Bonvoy preferences.
  • Execute digital guest experiences, including processing mobile check-in and mobile key requests.
  • Review room availability and resolve oversold nights and out-of-order rooms.
  • Resolve and/or escalate customer care cases, including reviewing negative cases reports and blocking rooms for guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in using various software systems and tools.
