We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to respond to Code Blue situations within the facility and initiate protocol, special procedures, and cardiac monitoring. Additionally, you will manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions.

To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate degree in Nursing or higher. You must also hold a current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider certification.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, dental and vision benefits, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and more.
