Job Summary
The Branch Leadership Professional will oversee the daily operations of a full service retail location, driving a positive branch environment and exceptional member service. Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership - Direct the daily operations of the branch, assigning and directing work of retail and platform teams.
- Member Service - Ensure delivery of excellent member service, consistent with the Pillars of Alabama ONE.
- Loan Services - As principal loan officer, confer with members, analyze loan requests, and make credit decisions based on established guidelines.
- Branch Maintenance - Oversee the general maintenance and security of the branch location, ensuring proper control and accountability of cash.
- Community Engagement - Represent the branch and Alabama ONE in civic and community activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years of related experience with leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively lead and communicate with teams.
- Positive attitude and pleasant, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work toward and attain established goals.
