DelCor Technology Solutions, a leading consulting firm based in the Washington D.C. area, is seeking a skilled Managed Service Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires traveling up to 3 days a week to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

About the Role: We are looking for an IT professional with at least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft networks and back-office systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows server (2012, 2016, and 2019), and workstations (Windows 10). Proficiency in Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote access is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting DelCor's clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their networks and leading on problem and incident management. They will collaborate with client leadership to develop and support an IT roadmap and maintain network infrastructure. Additionally, they will provide updates on client statuses to DelCor's leadership team and act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support DelCor's clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their networks and leading on problem and incident management
  • Collaborate with client leadership to develop and support an IT roadmap
  • Maintain network infrastructure
  • Provide updates on client statuses to DelCor's leadership team
  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients

Preferred Experience/Training:

  • At least 4 years of recent hands-on experience working with Microsoft networks and back-office systems (MCSE/A 2012 or greater)
  • Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows server (2012, 2016, and 2019), and workstations (Windows 10) is required
  • Must have proficiency with Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote access

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
