Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients within the scope of practice, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Missouri RN license or ability to obtain license.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
