Job Description:

Vetco Total Care Hospital Medical Leaders play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience.

As a Hospital Medical Leader, you will drive continuous improvement in clinical skills, cultivate a supportive work culture, and review hospital P&L.

You will partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in veterinary medicine
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud-based practice management and records software
