As a Transformation Leader at Walmart, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and driving efficiency across the International Finance Business Services organization. You will work closely with business partners and Shared Service Transformation teams to ideate, design solutions, and deploy the latest technologies to solve complex problems for our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial business cases for transformation initiatives in the International Markets
• Communicate and present business case metrics and solutions to stakeholders for moderately complex transformations
• Evaluate and simplify existing business processes using process modeling techniques
• Manage large-scale projects and multiple workstreams
• Lead the development of communication and change frameworks to drive alignment with business strategy and desired outcomes

Requirements:

• Extensive project and program management experience
• Lean Six Sigma or Master Black Belt work experience
• Ability to translate business problems to Global Tech partners to ideate and design solutions
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional team environments
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and achieve team objectives
