Job Title: RN - Med/Surg R4

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg R4 team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
