Job Summary:

HES Facilities LLC is seeking a skilled Custodial Laborer to join our team. As a Custodial Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
• Strip and wax floors, remove trash and recycling, clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms
• Polish outside areas within 10 feet of entryways, wash windows, and clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, interior glass, counter tops, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures

Requirements:

• High school degree preferred, but not required
• Previous cleaning experience a plus
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts available, including 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
