We are seeking a highly skilled LVN Dispensing Nurse to join our team at Sacramento Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
  • Chart medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Document nursing care provided and maintain appropriate records related to patient's progress and activities.
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of all medication stock and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prefer 1 year nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field.
  • Training or experience treating patients with MAT (medication assisted treatment) highly preferred.
  • Current LVN license in the state of California.
