Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Resort Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units.

About the Role:

This is a seasonal position responsible for cleaning resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest issues to resolution in an effort to improve the guest experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners
  • Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Salary Estimate: $25,000 - $30,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
