Spa Receptionist

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Dr Phillips/Windermere, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a critical link in ensuring an outstanding customer experience, you will be responsible for meeting membership sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and upholding spa cleanliness standards.

• Meet and exceed membership sales targets
• Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services, with comprehensive training provided
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa standards
