Motorcycle Technician

RideNow Powersports is seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of motorcycle makes and models.

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with motorcycles, including Metric Cruisers, Sportbikes, Vintage Bikes, Side-by-sides, and ATVs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

• 3+ years of experience as a motorcycle technician, with a strong understanding of early and late model bikes.
• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications.
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications preferred, but we are hiring all levels of techs.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Detail-oriented, quality conscious.
• Ability to pass a detailed background check.
