Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare beverages for service staff following established recipes.
  • Maintain familiarity with the beverage menu and appropriate glassware and garnishes.
  • Adhere to procedures outlined in the employee and bartenders manuals.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, following the sidework checklist.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu for patrons ordering at the bar.
  • Guarantee consistency in the presentation and preparation of all cocktails.
  • Understand and enforce all policies related to liquor liability regulations.
  • Handle all guest and member information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable about all property amenities and other dining options.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with any reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Support the team on the floor as needed, including seating guests, answering phones, and serving tables.
Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
