About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Part-time Keyholder to join our team at Rails. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, including floor coverage, financial targets, and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the acquisition and retention of clients through exceptional client service and styling advice.
  • Partner with the Store Management Team to bring to life activations and events in the store that drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Support the needs of clients through styling advice and suggestions, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Support the inventory functions, including receipts, reconciliations, and transfers.
  • Protect company assets, including cash handling, inventory, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a keyholder position preferred.
  • Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women's and men's apparel preferred.
  • Ability to effectively create, manage, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Familiar with key retail performance indicators.
  • Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate.
  • Advanced organizational skills, writing, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.
  • Travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
