Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Opportunity at UCHealth

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at UCHealth (Colorado). As a diagnostic medical sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound exams and providing high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound exams using various modalities, including Doppler and spectral Doppler studies
  • Analyze images and report findings to physicians
  • Educate patients about procedures and provide emotional support during exams
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
