Job Summary

The Digital Print Operator will maintain and operate high-speed printers in our Dye-Sub printing department. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our printing equipment and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on printers to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Print Job Setup: Set up and operate printers and transfer machines to produce high-quality prints.
  • Quality Control: Verify that printed materials meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of material inventory and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations to enhance shop efficiency and employee safety.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital graphics and software related to digital graphics, as well as experience with Dye Sub production.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing/pulling 150 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
