Job Summary

This full-time role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments, implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on current best practices.
  • Provide direct patient care through various therapies and modalities.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Hold a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, although new graduates are welcome.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Show proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, and continuing education opportunities.
