Job Summary:
NovaWorks Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician Senior Supervisor to lead our Switchgear Construction team. As a key member of our High Voltage / Switchgear Construction division, you will be responsible for the execution and supervision of assembly assignments for our switchgear construction projects in medium, high, and extra-high voltage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of assembly assignments for switchgear construction projects in close cooperation with project managers.
- Manage and organize construction sites, coordinating scheduling with project participants.
- Control and manage internal assembly teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project and occupational safety goals (HSEQ), documenting work processes and supporting invoicing.
- Assume assembly tasks, maintenance work, and commissioning at our construction sites.
Requirements:
- Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a focus on industrial engineering, energy systems electronics, or industrial electronics.
- Desirable: further training as a technician or master of electrical engineering.
