Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering, executing, and supporting the deployment of Ground Software applications on WebLogic servers.
  • Installing, configuring, and managing WebLogic Application Server.
  • Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Tuning WebLogic performance through configuration of caching, queuing, pooling, and JVM parameters.
  • Developing strategies for performance tools to provide benchmarking and capacity planning insights.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of production issues and conducting root cause analyses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with WebLogic Administration.
  • Knowledge of Clustering.
  • Familiarity with JMS and Thread Dump Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Red Hat Linux.
  • Understanding of OOA, OOD, JAVA, and C++.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Security + Certification.
  • Database Administration experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate Engineer (CT7): Entry-level to experienced, typically with an advanced degree and 0 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Engineer 1 (CT8): Career level, typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Senior Engineer (CT9): Emerging authority, typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Principal Engineer (CT10): Expert in the field, typically with an advanced degree and 12+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Engineer Consultant (CT11): Senior consultant to top management, typically with an advanced degree and 18+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience or equivalent.

The anticipated salary range for these positions in Colorado is $75,000 – $230,000 (CT7 – CT11). Final compensation will be determined based on various factors.
