About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in St. Louis, MO. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient information
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
