Chicago, Illinois, United States Radix Trading University Job Board Full time

We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our research team as a Quantitative Researcher. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying trading opportunities and developing strong quantitative skills to accelerate the innovation process.

During your six-month tenure, you'll work on various projects with different collaborators, gaining new knowledge and insight into market dynamics, trading strategies, and our proprietary research platform.

We've removed the boundaries of what you can access and touch internally, allowing you to contribute directly to our bottom line within your first few weeks on the team.

While interest in trading is essential, a background in finance is not required. Our team is comprised of academics from various disciplines, including professors, postdocs, PhDs, and undergraduates.

Over the past year, our new associates have come from prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, Princeton, Yale, IAS, UPenn, Stanford, Washington, UChicago, Caltech, and more.

**Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary, plus a quarterly bonus based on individual performance and contribution towards the success of others and the firm.
