Customer Service Associate Job Description

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that customers receive world-class service and support. This position involves consulting with customers on their rental needs, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids

Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, and calculators
  • Ability to lift, bend, and twist, as well as sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
