Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other civil engineering structures.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, including design, construction, and project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software, with experience in site survey activities.
