Job Summary

Insituform Technologies LLC/En-Tech Infrastructure, a leading provider of pipeline rehabilitation solutions, is seeking an experienced Laborer/Installation Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct operators of construction equipment to ensure efficient alignment and movement of machinery.
  • Drive various vehicles to haul crews and equipment to work sites, requiring a Class A, B CDL or permit.
  • Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites, including lifting, carrying, and pulling items weighing 50+ pounds.
  • Review entry and work permits, and assist in reviewing pre and post-installation videos.
  • Enter manhole/confined spaces to cut lines for installation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Physical Requirements
  • Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch.
  • Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear without visual cues.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Class A, B CDL or permit required, Hazmat or other endorsements preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience working in an outdoor construction environment, preferably with CIPP or water or sewer utilities.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
  • Less than 2 preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 36 months.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
