Job Title: Sioux Falls Class A Delivery Driver

Join Core-Mark, a leading distributor of fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry, as a Class A Delivery Driver in Sioux Falls. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a tractor trailer on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering and unloading food and food-related products to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor trailer on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering and unloading food and food-related products to customers.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the tractor trailer and report any safety issues or repairs required.
  • Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
  • Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6+ months commercial driving experience
  • Valid CDL-A
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Pass road test
  • Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
