Detailer/Custodian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer/Custodian at Factory Direct Marine & RV in Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our boats and recreational vehicles, as well as maintaining the overall appearance of our facility.

• Clean and detail new and used boats and recreational vehicles to the highest standards
• Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing windows, to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as painting, changing light bulbs, and hanging signage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as climb ladders and stairs
