We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Innovations. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, coordinating and managing the entire procurement process, and monitoring, controlling, and optimizing delivery times. Your responsibilities will also include creating and processing supplier inquiries, handling invoices and complaints, and identifying potential cost savings and improvements. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a commercial education in the field of procurement or comparable qualifications, several years of professional experience in procurement, and excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP. You will also need to be fluent in German and English, have negotiation skills, and enjoy working in a team.
