Job Title: Staff Nurse Medical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse Medical Specialist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and research to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
