Custodial Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas within our client facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. You will be working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor areas.
