Job Summary

Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join their Service Team. As an Entry-Level Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the service advisor to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify problems and recommend necessary repairs.
• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.
• Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers to explain repair needs and provide estimates for additional work.
• Quality Control: Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
• Automotive Technician Training or Certification: Preferred
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
