Cashier Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and stockroom
• Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 4-hour shifts and up to 8 hours per day. The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
