- Implement evidence-based practices and maintain high standards of care in all clinical services.
- Document patient progress and adhere to all regulatory and departmental guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and training to colleagues, students, and new staff members.
- Engage in effective communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative patient care discussions.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Pathologist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including word processing and email.
- Current certificate of clinical competence in Speech Language Pathology.
- Prior experience in a pediatric setting.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Familiarity with the specific needs of the pediatric population.
