**Responsibilities and Requirements**

 

As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing quality work to prescribed standards
  • Following written work instructions
  • Working under minimal supervision
  • Adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet special needs

 

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

**Compensation and Benefits**

 

Leonardo DRS offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company contribution to a health savings account, telemedicine, life and disability insurance, legal insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan.
