Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal function and well-being.
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving initiatives that enhance our residents' experiences and outcomes.
  • Maintain professional practices and adhere to company-wide policies and clinical initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (new grads welcome).
  • Current state licensure in OT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
