We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality products are prepared and served to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including ovens, fryers, and coffee machines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of food service operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
