Responsibilities:


Collaborates with healthcare teams to facilitate patient care by preparing examination areas, recording vital signs, documenting medical histories, and updating patient files.

Ensures accurate and timely execution of recommendations from healthcare providers, including medication orders, referrals, and diagnostic assessments.
Offers patient education and support by clarifying treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions, while addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Manages administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, overseeing medical supplies, and assisting with billing and insurance processes.

Provides essential patient history information to medical professionals during consultations and clinic visits to optimize patient treatment.
Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and Diploma in Practical Nursing.

EXPERIENCE:

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure: Successful completion of NC Nursing Boards for LPN and maintenance of a current, unrestricted LPN License.
BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
