Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Control Systems Engineer with expertise in designing, programming, and implementing advanced control systems for our refinery clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services and contributing to our mission of excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement control systems and strategies to enhance industrial processes' performance and reliability.
- Develop and review control panel design packages, field wiring diagrams, conduit & cable schedules, and associated E&I package deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering solutions for projects.
- Support project managers with project control activities, including schedule, reports, and client meetings.
- Execute factory acceptance testing, field start-up, and commissioning, including troubleshooting activities.
- 5+ years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer, with a strong focus on Honeywell DCS and Allen Bradley PLC.
- Proficiency in working with Honeywell DCS platforms, such as Experion PKS or TDC 3000.
- Solid programming skills in languages commonly used in control systems, such as ladder logic, Function Block Diagrams (FBD), and Structured Text (ST).
- Experience integrating control systems with various hardware components, such as sensors, actuators, and PLCs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex control system issues.
Travel by car to local refineries and plants. Standing/walking around operation units while wearing PPE.
