About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trauma Care Specialist to join our team at Tower Health. As a key member of our Trauma Department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise in the care of trauma patients from resuscitation through outpatient follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary health professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care.
  • Assist with acute care surgery patients, including perioperative management and critical care.
  • Evaluate and manage critically ill surgical and neurological patients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in trauma care or a related field.
  • Certification or CE units specific to departmental area.
  • PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner License or PA Registered Nurse License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • General clerical skills and keyboarding proficiency.
  • Microsoft Word proficiency.
