Position Summary:

As a vital contributor to the customer experience, you will engage directly with guests, embodying the hospitality standards that distinguish us in the juice bar industry.

You will work under the guidance of the General Manager and Store Leads, empowered to make decisions that enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include creating personalized and memorable interactions with guests, from welcoming them to preparing their smoothies and açai bowls, and concluding their visit positively at the cashier station.

We seek adaptable team players who are willing to assist in various roles to ensure smooth operations. Regardless of your starting position, you will have the chance to be cross-trained and take on diverse responsibilities within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the front line, lobby, restrooms, and outdoor areas, including trash disposal and table cleaning.
  • Acquire and retain knowledge of our evolving smoothie and bowl menu to effectively communicate ingredients to guests.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met, preventing cross-contamination.
  • Demonstrate proper food handling and maintain awareness of critical dietary information.
  • Set up, maintain, and dismantle the front line area.
  • Operate the POS system to process customer transactions.
  • Welcome guests, guide their experience, address any issues, and inform them about our loyalty program.
  • Keep the online-ordering and pick-up areas organized and ensure flawless execution of deliveries.
