Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide patient care and support our nursing staff at Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality patient care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support nursing staff: Assist with administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure that patient rooms and common areas are clean and free from hazards.
  • Communicate effectively: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication.
  • Follow policies and procedures: Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe work environment.

Requirements: To be successful as a CNA, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete a state-approved CNA training program, and pass a certification exam. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
