Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in El Sobrante, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
Qualifications
  • For SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure, and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • For SLPA: Bachelors or Associates degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, current California state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
