About the Company: Interstate Therapy Solutions is a premier provider of rehabilitation services in Southern California, specializing in a diverse range of environments including inpatient care, Acute Rehabilitation Units (ARU), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), outpatient services, and Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU).
Position Overview:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
- Design and execute personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
- Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated care.
- Oversee and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides.

Compensation: $53-$60 per hour
Qualifications:
