We are seeking an experienced Forming Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment, including conveyor systems. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment in line with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as production machines and conveyor systems, following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct visual inspections and listen to equipment to identify causes of malfunctions.
  • Dismantle machines and equipment using hand and power tools to access problem areas.
  • Inspect and measure parts for wear, misalignment, or other issues, making necessary adjustments.
  • Replace worn and defective parts in drive mechanisms or hydraulic systems using hand and power tools, referencing blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Work a 12-hour shift schedule and be available for overtime as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
