Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently with moderate latitude, relying on experience and independent judgment to determine the best approach.
  • Interpret and apply policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe collection operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Supplemented by experience in heavy equipment operation or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
  • National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
  • Valid Florida Class B commercial driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
