As a Service Technician at IRT Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner. This may include plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and other maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of apartments to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are safe and habitable
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or a related field
- EPA I, EPA II, and CPO certifications preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
