Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with trash removal and recycling
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
